What is Lily - Connections Lost?
Lily - Connections Lost is an RPG-style 1.20.4 adventure map created by saladbowls and Hithcrew.
Hithcrew and I have worked very hard to create a unique and unforgettable adventure and story experience. We have always strived for the best quality to give everyone a fun and memorable adventure map experience. We also hope to encourage many other map makers to create and inspire others.
What Minecraft Version will I Need?
Our map is playable in Minecraft v1.20.4. It is NOT meant to be played in any other version, as it will cause the map not to function correctly.
How long will Lily - Connections Lost take to complete from start to finish?
Our map takes 7-11 hours to complete from start to finish, but this can vary depending on the player's skill level.
Can I play Lily - Connections Lost with my friends?
Yes! Our map can support up to 5+ players simultaneously. However, the recommended cap is 4-5 players.
The Storyline of Lily - Connections Lost
A dark force has ravaged your realm, and he has taken something special from you. As you are suddenly thrown into the action, you learn much more at stake.
As you travel through the world, you discover that there is much more to it than your standard Minecraft biomes. A desert where only remnants of a past civilization exist, swimming through the depths of an underwater ocean, and even exploring beyond the depths of your world that defy all reality...
As you meet new allies along your journey, you band together to fight and defend your world from this dark force. Will you be able to save your realm and everything you have fought for, or will your realm fall into darkness..?
What unique features does Lily - Connections Lost have to offer?
Our map offers many unique features, such as custom mobs, loot, and weapons. It also includes an additional music resource pack and a custom resource pack that adds new retextured weapons. Lily also features a difficulty system that can be changed whenever you want to even out your play style. The Shop is also another feature that will help you defeat the force of evil. You can buy new weapons, armor, and potions or upgrade your base stats with XP Levels! Featuring 14 playable missions and 11+ different and unique boss fights, you better come prepared and ready for the challenges ahead! There are also parkour challenges, puzzles, mazes, and so much more!
Custom Loot and Weapons
Throughout the map, you will obtain different kinds of custom weapons. If you're lucky enough, you might stumble upon a weapon with its custom ability! There are over 30+ new weapon textures for you to discover!
The Sand Sword is one of the many custom weapons you will encounter while playing through this map!
Custom Mobs
You will have to fight many monsters throughout your adventurous journey. These are not just your average classic zombie or skeleton. They have armor, weapons, and a means to kill anything in sight, so you better be ready to fight these mobs because they can take a punch and give one back!The bloodthirsty Vine Warrior is one of the many mobs that you will find along your journey. Stay clear!

M2: Temple Ritualist (Casual: 25 HP, deals 4 HP | Normal: 33 HP, deals 5 HP | Insane: 41 HP, deals 6 HP | Special Ability: Spins around and affects nearby mobs with a speed boost)
M4: Netherite Miner (Casual: 40 HP, deals 6 HP | Normal: 60 HP, deals 7 HP | Insane: 75 HP, deals 8 HP)
M6: Wired Cell Guard (Casual: 59 HP, deals 7 HP | Normal: 79 HP, deals 8 HP | Insane: 98 HP, deals 9 HP | Special Ability: Has a 10% chance to use a stun ability to any players within 3 blocks of it)
M9: Bearoid (Casual: 189 HP, deals 12 HP | Normal: 253 HP, deals 13 HP | Insane: 316 HP, deals 14 HP)
Fixed the background music that plays during the 2nd prologue vision scene playing multiple times on multiplayer causing it to be extremely loud.
You can no longer cheese Count Cobble’s boss fight by sitting on the edge.
The Vine Temple Headstone’s entity form’s Knockback Resistance has been nerfed. (Casual: 20% -> 15% | Normal: 25% -> 20% | Insane: 30% -> 25%)
Withered Desert Survivors now wield the newly added Sandgust Wand weapon and have received a special ability that can launch players into the air.
Desert Zombies now wield the Sand Sword.
Sandstone Archers will now switch between their Desert Composite Bow and Sand Dust Blade.
Fixed Jerry having incorrect rotation at the end of SM1.
Improved the lighting of M4.
Fixed being able to skip the void parkour trigger in M4.
Netheritis’s Blutonium Ingot now has zero pickup delay, allowing players to pick it up instantly.
Improved the lighting of M5.
Moved the trigger of the M5 bridge for a wider window of reaction time.
Zombified Wizards now give a warning two seconds before they use their teleport ability.
Spawnpoint for the M5 raid section has been moved closer to the teleporter.
Hoggers Plogin’s transformation particles have been reduced significantly when playing in multiplayer.
Wirelessia’s Cosmic Healer has been nerfed. (60 HP -> 30 HP | 50% KB Res. -> 25% KB Res.)
Mobs in M6 will now receive glowing for 15s instead of 10s.
The Electric Code Master that spawns on Floor 4 of M6 has been completely revamped into a mini-boss fight. (Casual: 114 HP -> 250 HP | Normal: 153 HP -> 325 HP | Insane: 191 HP -> 405 HP)
A new wave section has been added before the boss of M6.
Fixed the swamp water not damaging the correct player in multiplayer.
Fixed being able to get stuck in a grave during Pill’s Skeletal Guards minion ability.
Fixed one of Pill’s teleportation abilities interfering with another ability.
Obsidian spikes have been added to the first part of SM2.
Any leftover End Crystal Shielders that live after killing Dragonne will now be killed as well.
Fixed a spawnpoint error in M8 that would cause you to respawn at the beginning of the map and effectively softlock you.
The Corrupted Layer Device now has zero pickup delay, meaning it can be picked up instantly.
With the addition of the new “Potion of Void Sight,” almost every night vision clearing effect has been removed completely from M9.
Any leftover mobs from the Void Shielder’s healing ability will now be despawned when the mini-boss is defeated.
Greatly improved the Frozen Void’s freezing mechanic to make it a lot less punishing. (3s between temperature changes -> 5s between temperature changes | If you have no temperature bars and go near a campfire, you will instantly gain your first bar back | Gaining back temperature is now faster)
Removed an inaccessible loot chest in the third frozen void section.
Fixed a certain kill plane in the desert void section that would cause random players to get stuck in a death loop indefinitely in multiplayer.
Fixed the Void Realm Guardian Entity entering phase 4 a lot faster than anticipated on Normal difficulty.
Fixed Voidenders in M10 not having a loot table.
Any wardens that are spawned in the Corrupt Plains will now have gray names.
There is now a 4s delay when defeating Shadow Netheritis and Shadow Zopig to give time to collect any loot they may have dropped.
You can no longer obtain water bottles in SM3.
Nerfed Hithcrew’s fireball platform ability significantly.
Any leftover XP orbs when the dark force is killed will no longer remain.
Moved the locations of the long credits as it could be seen from M1.
Equipment Updates
Added new equipment/potions:
Added the Sandgust Wand. (Deals 4 HP initially, and then launches all mobs within a two block radius | 25-Second Cooldown) Obtained in M3.
Added the Broken Netherite Pickaxe. (16.5 Attack Damage | 1 Attack Speed) Obtained in M4.
Added the Wired Bluestone Longsword. (18.5 Attack Damage | 1.2 Attack Speed | 13.35 Sweep Damage) Obtained in M6.
Added the Potion of Void Sight. (Gives 5m of night vision) Obtained in M9-M10.
Nerfed the Sea Crystal Double Axe. (59.5 Attack Damage -> 57 Attack Damage | 45.625 Sweep Damage -> 43.75 Sweep Damage)
Fixed the Flash Charge’s lore saying it gives you night vision for 15s when it should say 30s.
Shop Updates
Fixed the new particle animation in the shop not working properly.
Resource Pack Updates
Bump version to v1.2.0 to match map version.
Changed the brown dye texture (Attack Speed ability shop item) due to it setting Minecraft’s mipmapping level to 1.
Adjusted the volumes of several music tracks as they would either be too loud or too quiet.
