FEED THE PIGS HORROR GAME by Matthew Ager But it's a Minecraft map by Calib.

This map is based off of the popular horror game FEED THE PIGS, by Matthew Ager. Feed the Pigs was a really strange game that I quite enjoy, so I decided to make this map. Please read the signs when you spawn in and change your settings, If you will see things you shouldn't see and break the immersion of the map. That should be about everything, Enjoy the map!
