First off you need to click on the download button on this page, it will lead you to an mediafire page where you will want to click download. Open up the file you just downloaded, start the explorer and go to "AppDataRoaming.minecraftsaves".

When i've done that just drag and drop the "ender parkour" map folder in to your minecraft saves folder. close all windows and start minecraft in 1.9 or further. Done! Great you've successfully installed my map! Thanks ;D
